Did I notice anything different that demands my attention (caregiver senses) - it is not on the checklist but high priority.
What instructions were given for handling unexpected occurrences? Always follow instructions.
For example: Your client feels extremely warm on touching, he/she has no desire to eat when normally he/she eats heartily. What do you do? What did your employer tell you to do in abnormal situations?
