Cassie overheard Mrs John telling her neighbor that she may have to 'let her go'. She appreciated the help but was no longer able to afford it.
Cassie thought, "Mrs. John is a pensioner. She lives alone and has a fixed income of $3500.00 per month. It probably is tough but I don't want to lose my job". Cassie wondered if she should chat with Mrs John about her staying on at least for a few hours a day, after all they enjoy each other's company and Cassie helps with many tasks now too difficult for Mrs John. But should she help her with a budget to see if she can afford to pay her? Because of their relationship she inquired of her and Mrs John said yes, she would appreciate the help.

Cassie understood Mrs John 's position, took the offer and began searching for additional jobs to increase her income.
